Threading is an ancient art of hair removal still used in many Eastern countries today. In the United States, threading has become more popular for the removal of facial hair. The original basic recipe is a mixture of sugar, lemon juice and water. It is heated to form a syrup, which is molded into a a ball and pressed onto the skin, then quickly stripped away. Not intended for the face or eyebrow area. Sugaring is organic and a less abrasive method of hair removal. Sugaring is done on the arms, underarms, bikini, brazilian and legs among other areas.
